Joplin Little Theatre: Audience Choice Season

Joplin Little Theatre (JLT) is planning their 2016–2017 season a little differently this year…and we couldn’t be more excited/pleased. This year, they are putting the power in YOUR hands, the audience – what would you like to see on stage for Joplin Little Theatre’s 77th season?! From plays to musicals, obscure to well known, family friendly to mature audiences (and everything in between) they want to know what shows you’re dying to see on the JLT stage.

“We have been working on ways to get more of the Joplin community involved with theatre. We’ve added more contemporary shows to our repertoire and become more active at local events. With the Audience Choice Season, we hope to get the public more invested in JLT. We want JLT to feel welcoming to all people, no matter what your experience with theatre. We love nothing more than to welcome someone who’s never been to JLT or the theatre before!” – Jade Nicholas, Chairman of Directing Staff
