Description: Spiva Center for the Arts got a bit of a facelift in 2013 when TANK: Public Art, a volunteer group of artists, friends, and public art lovers, used its west-facing wall as a canvas for a new mural. The mural was one of three installments in a series of simple murals that breathed new life into several downtown structures.
