Description: The Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Cultural Affairs Committee commissioned local graffiti artist Silver Perez to design and paint a mural at Joplin Skatepark in Ewert Park. This mural project was another avenue for providing “Art in Public Places” in Joplin, ultimately enhancing a thriving arts community and bringing visual arts to a younger generation of Joplin citizens.
