Why MSSU Students Should Consider a Semester Abroad at a Nice, Mid-Sized University in the Heart of Europe
September 23 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Almost every university around the globe presents itself as being international, and there are plenty places students can go for an exchange. Considering Europe, many Americans prefer the British Isles because of common language, Germany or France due to their economic power, or Italy or Spain because of their history. But what about Central and Eastern Europe? Does it make sense to visit a mid-sized university located in a post-Communist country where none of the major world languages is an official one? This presentation from Dr. Josef Hynek of the University of Hradec Králové, Czech Republic will give you a plenty of reasons to consider a semester abroad in the Czech Republic. This event is part of MSSU’s Czech Semester. Free and open to the public.
